Two short parts: your details and photo, then your ID and guarantor.
Privacy notice
- 02 collects your name, photo, date of birth, phone numbers, address, next of kin, ID card and guarantor to confirm you work for us.
- Only you and the 02 owner can see your record. Files are kept in private storage.
- Records are deleted six months after the owner's final review; unfinished records six months after your last activity.
- Confirming your email does not mean you are approved as staff — the owner approves that separately.
